You will need to provide your location and contact details. This will help our officers assess the problem.

We never share your personal details with anyone outside of the council. This includes the person causing the issue.

How to make your report

We need to know:

What the problem is
Where you were when you noticed the problem
The location of where the problem is coming from
What the problem looks or smells like
Your contact details

Our officers need to witness the problem to be able to make an assessment. This is why we need to know how the problem affects you and your contact details.

Can I share evidence?

You do not need to share any evidence such as video or audio recordings. This is because an officer needs to witness the problem themselves.
